Ah yes, another palette release from Revolution - The Forever Flawless Fire & Ice palettes.
I love the concept of these palettes and the fire palette was the one I wanted to try out because of those gorgeous warm tones. The palette comes in a tin like packaging which I actually appreciate as it can stay clean a lot easier, even though it's most likely cheaper to make - I'm not all to sure but I do like the packaging regardless and the flame print looks really cool and not like anything else in my collection.
I like the fact the palette has a good variation of mattes and shimmers so you can create a variety of looks quickly and this is definitely a palette I would reach for on an everyday basis. To try out the palette I so desperately wanted to try out the bright red and yellow shades and create a kind of sunset vibe look.
Swatches wise there were a few inconsistencies however all round they're nice, pigmented and blend into each other nicely. You can see in the photo below the shades that have gone a little patchy and the shades that are a lot creamier and pigmented. For £10 from Revolution's website here, or in Superdrug stores it's such good value and it's a no brainer if you're looking for an affordable eyeshadow palette with those all-eye flattering warm tones.
This is the fiery sunset look I created using the palette and you can watch the tutorial here:
What do you think of this palette collection? (Ice palette review coming next!) You can purchase the palette here.
Thanks for reading and until next time,
Much love, Shiv xo
