Revolution Pro Colour Focus Earth & Stone Palette Review

I've been on a massive Revolution hype recently and have been testing out lots of their newly released products - especially from the Revolution Pro collection. Up next, is the Revolution Pro Colour Focus Black Earth & Stone eyeshadow palette which is part 1/2 of the colour focus palettes, there's also a 'Night & Day' palette which is on the review list, I've already done my video review here if you'd like to check that out too.

The Black Earth & Stone palette retails for £12 here and consists of 12 rich eyeshadow tones with glitters, mattes and shimmers. Straight off the bat, this is my favourite asthetic of the two palettes and  is something I'd reach for out of my palette collection. I do wish the palette had a lighter matte than the chocolate brown shade so it's easier to work with - I'm not too sure why brands do this nowadays? The shadows did perform beautifully in the palette and the shimmer shades are unreal and so pigmented, I love how both palettes have a glitter almost 'transformer' style shade which is beautiful on the inner corner as a highlight.

This is what Revolution have to say about the Earth & Stone palette;

Discover our capsule Colour Focus collection, featuring a duet of luxury eye shadow palettes, Night and Day & Earth and Stone.
Inspired by the deep rich tones of the earth's natural beauty, the Earth & Stone palette showcases an array of luxury highly pigmented matte and shimmer eyeshadows to create a look Mother Nature would be proud of.
Each pigment has been finely milled & baked to provide the smoothest blend. From pearlescent nougats to glitter filled golds, greens and bronzes, this palette is brimming with 10 stunning pigments.

This is the look I came up with below, I ended up going for a bronze smokey eye with flecks of pink sparkle, although I'll definitely be trying out that green shade soon!

Overall, I would definitely recommend picking up this palette for rich, earthy tones - it's so beautiful and you can create alot of different looks with it, despite the lack of transition shades. As the shadows are really easy to blend, you can definitely get away with just using the one transition shade - you can get the palette here from Revolution Beauty and watch my tutorial below;

Thanks for reading and till next time,
Much Love, Shiv xoxo

  1. I absolutely LOVE how professional a lot of Revolution products look and perform. The look you've created is absolutely gorgeous, you are so talented! The green shade is probably my favourite, I'm yet to play around with green as I feel like it's quite a hard colour to pull off.
