Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection - The 301 Flat Contour

I don't think I've ever genuinely said out loud to my computer screen 'I need you in my life' when I saw the pixiwoo girls chatting about their new collection of brushes. I'm on a strict budget at the moment due to swapping jobs at the wrong time/moving out etc, so I could only limit myself to one brush as they are in the high end price range.
I've been watching the girls talk about each individual brush on the real techniques youtube channel, and the whole concept of this collection was a luxury brush collection as their original line went so well.
I haven't had a chance to try any of the other brushes in the line, but this one I have which is the 301 Flat Contour Brush, feels luxurious to the extent that even though I was itching to use it - I almost didn't want to because of how perfect it was? Clean, rose gold handles.. I mean come on! I'm going to describe this brush as that amazing birthday cake that's so amazing that you almost don't want to eat it...

I'll spare the tease and give you a quick and snappy verdict - i'm addicted. This brush is so perfect for cream contouring and powder contouring, it's dense - but fluffy? The bristles which are high grade luxury synthetic bristles blend cream and powder products beautifully. The handle is rose gold so obviously it's a straight up winner. The brush is weighted slightly at the end which makes it feel more comfortable in the hand which is good as I never want to take it out of my hands...

10/10

This brush was priced at £22 on boots.

Till next time...

Please let me know if you've tried any other brushes from the line!
